Join us for the Heart Walk, October 11

Santa Clara Valley Medical Center has created a team (Team SCVMC – County of Santa Clara) to participate in the 2014 Silicon Valley American Heart Association (AHA) Heart & Stroke 5K Walk.  Join us!

Event activities include a Kids Fun Run, Healthy Cooking Demo, Performance by the Idol Hands Band (comprised of all County employees) and a team T-shirt design contest.

Three ways to participate

1. REGISTER to participate in the walk directly with the AHA by using the “Register” link below.  If you choose to fundraise directly with AHA and raise over $20, you will receive a SCVMC T-shirt.

2. REGISTER to participate in the walk directly with the AHA by using the “Register” link below. Then, DONATE $20 to VMC Foundation and receive a SCVMC t-shirt courtesy of the VMC Foundation.  Use the “Donate” link below.

3. DONATE $20 to the VMC Foundation and receive a SCVMC T-shirt.  Use the “Donate” link below.
