Chris is going home.  Let’s show him the love.

After nearly 6 months of hospitalization, Chris is going home. Please join the Valley Medical Center Foundation this Friday, August 27 for a special outdoor gathering at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.  Upon his discharge from the hospital, let’s meet Chris with a fun surprise – colleagues, friends, and family cheering him with a “tunnel of love.”

Time of discharge may change last minute, so your flexibility is appreciated in advance. Please do not bring gifts or expect personal time with Chris and Kate. 

What: Surprise Chris Wilder going home celebration.
When: Friday, August 27,  1 p.m. – 2 p.m. (subject to change)
Where: Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Hospitals & Clinics, 751 S Bascom Avenue, San Jose.  See map for parking and meeting point information
Covid precautions: This will be an outdoor gathering only. Please do not go inside the Rehabilitation Center.  Masks are required at all times.  If you are not fully vaccinated or have COVID-19 symptoms, please do not attend.
